Together, We Made a Difference
YEG Burger Battle 2026 was a huge success, serving up incredible flavour for an even bigger cause. Thanks to the support of our 24 participating restaurants across 39 locations, our event partners, and burger lovers across Edmonton and the surrounding area, we raised $18,000 net for KidSport.
Those funds will help 60 KidSport kids access the power of sport through subsidized registration fees, giving more young people the opportunity to learn, play, and belong.
Thank you to everyone who ate, voted, shared, and supported this year's event. We couldn't have done it without the incredible restaurants that created this year's burger lineup and the community that showed up to support them.

Congratulations to Central Social Hall and their Ronald Burger 🍔👑. Inspired by the iconic animal style burger, this crowd pleaser delivered big flavour, comfort food vibes, and a whole lot of burger love. Safe to say, this one had all the right ingredients to take the crown!
