Community Impact: Align your restaurant with a respected local charity and directly support local KidSport Kids in accessing organized sports through subsidized sports registration fees.
Increased Exposure: Be showcased on KidSport Edmonton’s digital channels, campaign materials, and event website with direct links to your website.
Easy to Join: Low effort, high impact. You provide the burger, and we’ll provide the table tents, posters and digital assets to help promote your participation in the YEG Burger Battle.
How the YEG Burger Battle Works
Create or Feature a Burger: Enter a special creation or use your signature burger as your official “KidSport Burger”
Raise Funds: For every KidSport Burger sold, $1 is donated to KidSport. To help protect your margins, we recommend adding $1 to the price of the KidSport Burger during the campaign.
Restaurants outside of Edmonton, a portion of your donation will be distributed to your local KidSport Chapter.
Engage Your Customers: Guests will rate your KidSport Burger out of 5 by scanning a QR code at your location. KidSport will provide 4x6 tent cards and digital promo assets with the QR code to streamline the process.
Battle for the Top: When the final orders are tallied, one burger will rise from the grill to glory and be crowned the 2026 YEG Burger Battle Champion.
